FlipDash is a hosted service at flipdash.app for online shops. These terms cover use of the app. They are written in plain language. If something here is unclear, write to us.
The service
FlipDash helps you track stock, serial numbers, sales, and profit. You get an organization, a dashboard, and the features included in your plan. We may change or retire a feature when we need to keep the product working.
Your account
You need an account to use FlipDash. Keep your sign-in to yourself, and invite only people you trust. You are responsible for what you and your staff enter, including costs, serials, and customer details. The records you add belong to you. We use them to provide the service.
Plans and payment
Free and paid plans have the limits shown in the app. If you choose a paid plan, our payment provider charges the card. FlipDash does not store the full card number. The price is the one shown for that plan when you subscribe. You can cancel from the billing page or by emailing us. A cancelled paid plan runs through the end of the period already paid for.
Acceptable use
Use FlipDash for a real online shop. Do not break into the service, overload it, or use it to store data you have no right to keep. We may suspend an organization that misuses the service or does not pay.
Availability
We work to keep FlipDash available, and we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or that every number will be free of error. Check important figures before you rely on them. FlipDash is a tracker. It is not an accountant, and it does not file anything for you.
Closing an account
You can stop using FlipDash at any time. Use the contact form if you want the account closed. We will delete the organization data we still hold, except a basic record of a payment when we need it to show what was billed.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continuing to use FlipDash after that date means you accept the update. If a change is large, we will say so in the app or by email.
